There are many reasons to explain why you have not yet received your verification link. However, you may always try again.
Log-on to your PIXLINK account on the web. Go to > My Account: fill in your mobile number then click "verify".
You should receive an SMS on your mobile phone momentarily.
If you still encounter problems, let us know. You may reach us by dialing 211 on your Globe mobile phone or 7301000 from any landline.
If you receive the error message “unable to process your request” and are unable to register or verify registration via WAP then there’s no need to panic. This simply means you’ve connected to PIXLINK using the wrong GRPS access point.
When prompted to select an access point, simply choose: myGlobe Connect.
If you are not prompted to select an access point, you may consider enabling myGlobe Connect as your device’s default access point with use of the following instructions:
Nokia
If you are using a Nokia handset, simply change your access point by going to: Menu > Tools > Settings > Connection > Access points; then select myGlobe Connect. Click options then, "set as default".
Sony Ericsson
If you are using a Sony Ericsson, simply change your access point by going to: Menu > Choose Settings. Press Left Navigation Key to go to Connectivity. Scroll Down and click Data Communication > Data Accounts, then choose and set myGlobe Connect as your default access point.
You may also not have the proper configuration settings on your phone. To make sure you have the proper settings, just text GO<space>Phone Model,1234 to 2951 (ex. GO<space>Nokia N73,1234. You will receive an SMS with instructions to download your WAP / GPRS settings for your particular handset. Please supply 1234 as a password when prompted. For more assistance, you may check Globe's customer service portal at http://customerservice.globe.com.ph for particular instructions for your handset.
After you sign up, you will be required to verify and validate your mobile number. As soon as you validate your mobile number, you will be redirected to a WAP site from where the PIXLINK mobile application will automatically start downloading on your device. You may choose to interrupt the installation and obtain it later by navigating to My Account > Get PIXLINK Mobile Application.
